Three Condo Conversions Unveiled for Zero Fees, Closing Cost and Mortgage Payments Until 2007
APRIL 14, 2006 -- Phoenix -- In what is being considered a bold offer in the condominium conversion industry, SunVest Communities LLC released three new communities to the market at a recent event with an unprecedented offer based on the number zero.
The first community, Citi on Camelback, which consists of 360 units, will open to those holding priority appointments on April 22 and will be followed by the 360-unit Red Rox on May 13 and the 234-unit Symphony at Chandler on June 3. Realtors at the event registered their clients for appointments at any of the three communities prior to the public launch.
More than 375 realtors received a detailed introduction at the Ritz Carlton Phoenix on the Zero Program, which includes zero closing cost, zero condominium fees and zero mortgage payments until 2007. They also received information on SunVest’s loyalty program, which rewards realtors based on the amount of business they do at the communities in Phoenix.
“It was a very successful and upscale event,” Carlos Avila, director of operations for Key Realty Advisors (KRA), the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the three communities, told MHN. “Many developers are offering realtors increased commission incentives, but only SunVest has combined the offer with the unique tools to earn them.”
“It’s very exciting to introduce an offer of this magnitude in such a strong market as Phoenix,” said Matthew Krac, a principal of SunVest. He added that he believes that an offer like this stimulates every segment of the buying pool, including investors, first-time buyers, retirees and the strong second home market in Arizona.
