TAMPA, Fla. (March 28, 2007) – Home Community P5, the nearly 5,000 acre New Town currently under development in Pasco County, announced that construction of the first phase of its second village is underway and the first sales have begun. Known as The Gardens, the new village will ultimately feature more than 1,700 residences. Combined with Home Community P5’s first village, The Arbors, the new village will bring the total number of residences to nearly 2,000 homes in the planned five-village community.
