Introducing San Marco Resort
San Marco Resort will be a luxury condo hotel in the Lake Buena Vista area of Orlando with an anticipated Four-Star Rating. Located on 8.5 acres, the Venetian will consist of two 16-story towers designed in the tradition of Venetian architecture.
The San Marco Resort will be built in one phase and will approximately take 18-24 month to complete. Also, association fees are approximately fifty cents per square foot. Very soon we will be announcing our Four Star “flag” for the San Marco Resort.
There will be 236 units per tower for a total of 472 one-, two-, and three-bedroom/PH units. Units will range in size from 671 sq. ft. to 1,444 sq. ft.
Development
Construction of San Marco Resort will begin March 2005 and is expected to be complete in early 2007. Every aspect of the design will be in keeping with a high-end resort. A world-renowned hotel flag operator will manage the property, however, the decision on which one has yet to be finalized. Among the companies being considered are Hilton and Ritz Carlton.
Amenities
As far as amenities are concerned we will offer a full service restaurant / bar, a coffee shop, newsstand, spa, fitness center, lazy river, putting green, tennis courts, walking/running trail and every other amenity that a Four Star condo/hotel calls for.
