The Lighthouse key resort is located 4.5 miles to the west of Disney's Highway 192 entrance in Kissimmee, Florida. The bonus that the development has with being within easy driving distance from the 192 and that it is just minutes away from International Drive, the main theme parks and the prestigious golfing community of Champions Gate.
The Clubhouse:
The clubhouse is over 26,000 square foot of luxury and opulence... The downstairs lobby is where registration and check-in takes place by the on site management company, which runs the resort similar to any top hotel in the world, right down to the mints on the pillows! A business center with high speed data is on hand for guests to keep in touch with the office, but apart from that the resort is all about having vacation fun and relaxing by the pool.
Operating on the lower level is a café style restaurant, full bar and a convenience retail store. Upstairs is where you will find the full service spa and fitness center. Whether you want to 'pump iron' for a couple of hours, have a massage or simply enjoy a manicure our highly trained staff are there to help.
The Resort
Being adjacent to a beautiful 69 acre freshwater lake ensures that a complete line of water sport activities are always on hand. Waterskiing, wind sailing, kayaking and boating take place right from the beach cabana. The huge heated pool is just behind the clubhouse and includes a Jacuzzi spa and kiddies pool. Tennis and volleyball are on hand and private or group tennis lessons are available seven days a week.

With fractional real estate ownership, you get the quality and level of luxury you want and only pay for the time you actually plan to visit the residence. Q: How is fractional real estate ownership different than timeshare?
A: Fractional real estate ownership properties are typically in world-renown resort locations where prime real estate is coveted and in extremely short supply. A: To avoid uncertainty of a first-come, first-serve reservation process, owners will be provided with a calendar detailing their reserved allocation for several years in advance. Any of the allocated time they choose not to occupy can be rented, gifted, or exchanged for travel to other luxury properties affiliated with Interval International.
Q: Will fractional owners always stay in the same residence?
A: Yes, as long as owners use their reserved time allocated, they will be entitled to reside in their deeded residence.
Q: Can more than one family or individual own a fractional interest?
A: Yes. However, it will be up to the joint owners to determine on their own who will occupy the residence during their reserved time of the year. Many of the residences are large enough to accommodate multiple families or traveling parties during a visit.
